Pollinate Impact is an impact network and incubator supporting social enterprises, funders, and ecosystem partners working to address complex social and environmental challenges. Through programs, partnerships, and shared infrastructure, Pollinate Impact helps purpose-driven organizations strengthen collaboration, access resources, and scale their impact. Their digital platform plays a critical role in clearly communicating offerings, supporting engagement, and evolving alongside a growing global community.
Fringe Media was engaged to enhance and extend Pollinate Impact’s existing website, supporting the evolution of the platform as the organization’s programs and content expanded. The work focused on refining layouts, improving content structure, and implementing additional pages in alignment with the approved design direction and user experience goals.
In parallel, we collaborated closely with the Pollinate Impact team through multiple design iterations to ensure the site remained flexible, clear, and scalable. The result is a strengthened digital foundation that better supports engagement, communicates complex offerings effectively, and can grow alongside a diverse and expanding impact ecosystem.

Fringe Media refined page layouts and content structure to improve clarity and usability across the site. We focused on creating clear content hierarchies, consistent layout patterns, and intuitive flows that make it easier for users to understand Pollinate Impact’s programs and navigate complex information.
To support ongoing growth, we designed and implemented reusable page templates that aligned with the approved design system. This approach enabled the efficient rollout of additional pages while maintaining visual consistency and reducing future development overhead.
All enhancements were built with scalability in mind, ensuring the site can accommodate new content, initiatives, and partnerships without requiring structural rework. This included maintaining clean, modular layouts and integration-ready components that support future technical evolution.
Throughout the project, we prioritized maintainability and ease of use for internal teams. By working within familiar tools and patterns, we ensured Pollinate Impact’s team could confidently manage content updates, iterate on pages, and continue evolving the site independently over time.
The final delivery provides a refined, scalable website that supports Pollinate Impact’s growing programs and content needs.
